Hormone Care That Starts at Home. For Women. Real Labs. Real Providers.
The hot flashes, the 3am wake-ups, the brain fog you keep explaining to people who wave it off. That is not you being dramatic, and it is not something you just have to accept. Your hormones are shifting, and it is treatable. Our medical team builds your plan around your labs and your history, available by telehealth in Georgia, Florida, and Massachusetts. You never sit in a waiting room to start.
You Know Something Changed
Most women who come to us have been told their labs are “normal” and their symptoms are “just stress.” If either story below sounds like your life right now, hormone therapy is worth a real conversation.
Your cycle is unpredictable. You are more anxious or irritable than you used to be, sleeping worse, and the mental sharpness you counted on comes and goes. You have wondered if you are too young for this. You are not. This is often perimenopause, and it can start years before your periods stop.
The hot flashes and night sweats are wearing you down. Sleep is broken, your joints ache, and you think about your bones and your heart for the long run. You have heard mixed things about HRT and want a provider who gives you the honest, individualized version, not a blanket yes or no.

The Part Most Women Wonder About
The most common question with telehealth HRT: “How does a provider who isn’t in the room see my actual blood work?”
Your lab panel is ordered directly through Quest Diagnostics or Labcorp, two of the largest lab networks in the country with thousands of locations nationwide. You walk in, give a blood sample, and leave. No appointment needed at most locations. Results are returned digitally to our medical team within 24 to 72 hours.
Every lab panel is reviewed by your provider before any prescription is written. You’re not getting a templated response to a questionnaire. You’re getting a clinical team reviewing your actual hormone and metabolic markers. Hormone therapy guidelines from the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists emphasize individualized treatment based on labs and symptoms, which is exactly how care is delivered here.
Labs are repeated at follow-up visits. Your numbers, not just your symptoms, confirm your protocol is working and your levels are in the right range.
Every HRT Formulation Available Through Online HRT
Women accessing HRT via telehealth can receive every formulation below. Each one is prescribed remotely by your provider and either sent to your preferred local pharmacy for pickup or shipped to your address in 3 to 5 business days.
Patches, gels, and creams. Applied to skin. Steady absorption, no first-pass liver metabolism.
Prometrium or compounded micronized progesterone. Supports sleep, mood, and uterine protection. For your safety, Tactus Health requires oral micronized progesterone alongside transdermal estrogen for all remote patients with an intact uterus, to ensure complete endometrial protection.
Custom-dosed bioidentical formulations when a standard dose or delivery method doesn’t fit.
Low-dose compounded testosterone for women addressing libido, energy, and cognitive function.

Is Telehealth HRT Right for You?
Most women with perimenopausal or menopausal symptoms are good candidates for hormone therapy, and telehealth makes it simpler to start. But it is not the right fit for everyone, and we would rather tell you that up front than sell you a consult you do not need.
Telehealth HRT tends to be a strong fit if you have clear symptoms, can complete a lab draw at a Quest or Labcorp near you, and want your medication sent to your pharmacy or your door. Our providers will want a fuller conversation if you have a personal history of breast or uterine cancer, blood clots, unexplained vaginal bleeding, liver disease, or uncontrolled high blood pressure. In some of those cases HRT is still an option with the right precautions, and in some it is not. That decision is made with you, based on your labs and history.
If you would prefer an in-person exam, our Sugar Hill, Georgia clinic can see you in person. Everything else is handled from home.
When Will I Feel Different?
Hormone therapy works gradually as your levels stabilize. Most women notice change in this rough sequence, though everyone is different and your protocol is adjusted along the way.
- Better sleep and fewer night sweats
- Hot flashes begin to ease
- Steadier mood and more energy
- Brain fog starts to lift
- Libido, body composition, and overall wellbeing improve
- Levels confirmed with repeat labs

Dr. Ashar N.
Dr. Ashar holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice and two national board certifications, one in family practice and one in psychiatric mental health.
She founded Tactus Health to close the gap she watched her own family fall through: symptoms that were real, labs that came back normal, and no one willing to connect the two.
She is responsible for the protocols our medical team follows, and for the training of the clinicians who deliver them. Holding both certifications is why those protocols treat hormones, mood, sleep and metabolism as one system rather than five separate appointments.

Online HRT vs. In-Person: What You Get Each Way
Both options give you the same medical team and the same protocols. The only difference is how you get your care.
What Does Telehealth HRT Cost?
Telehealth HRT at Tactus is $149 a month. That membership covers your provider visits, your personalized protocol and every adjustment to it, and ongoing access to our medical team between visits. Your medication is prescribed and priced separately, so you only pay for what you are actually taking.
Compare that to the usual path: a specialist visit, weeks on a waitlist, a copay, and time off work before anyone adjusts your dose. A flat monthly membership gives you a plan that keeps getting tuned until you feel right, with no insurance required and HSA and FSA accepted. You always know the full number before you commit, with no hidden fees.
Choose Your State
Our providers care for HRT patients by telehealth in the states below. Pick your state to see how online hormone therapy works where you live.
Real Medical Care, Without the Waiting Room
Hormone therapy is a long-term relationship with a provider who knows your labs and adjusts your plan over time. That kind of care does not require you to sit in a waiting room. It requires continuity, real lab work, and a clinician who actually reviews your numbers.
Telehealth removes the friction that keeps women from getting started: no driving, no time off work, no juggling childcare for a 15-minute visit. You get the same protocol, the same labs, and the same medical team, from home. Research summarized by peer-reviewed studies on telehealth menopause care supports remote management of hormone therapy when paired with proper lab monitoring.
