Clinic-Quality Telehealth Care,
Without the Wait.
Meet with a licensed provider from home for weight loss, hormone care, B12, and wellness. We take time to understand what is going on, review the right clinical information, and help you leave with a clear next step.
Most people who come to us have already spent months, sometimes years, trying to get answers through a system that keeps them waiting.
Telehealth gives you another way to get care. You meet directly with a licensed provider who listens properly, reads your history and tells you what should happen next. If you need labs or a prescription, that happens without another trip to the clinic.
One conversation, and you know where you stand.
Your Care Starts With a Real Conversation
Symptoms rarely tell the whole story. Your provider goes through your history, your medications, what you have already tried and what you actually want to change, then adds labs where they will answer something.
If you start treatment, someone is watching how you respond and adjusting it. That is the part most people have never had.
Telehealth patients receive the same commitment to clinical evaluation and follow-up as our in-person patients. The difference is that many appointments can happen from home.

Care for the Health Goals That Brought You Here
Come with symptoms, not a diagnosis. Your provider works out what is driving them, orders labs where they will settle a question, and tells you which options are worth your money and which are not.
Weight Loss
Hunger that never switches off, and weight that comes back every time. Your provider looks at what you have already tried and tells you whether a GLP-1 is the right tool for you, or whether something else fits better.

TRT
Flat energy, low drive, strength that has stalled. Several things cause that and low testosterone is only one of them. Bloodwork and a real conversation sort out which, before anyone writes a prescription.

HRT
Hot flashes. Broken sleep. Brain fog. A libido that quietly disappeared. These are well-recognized symptoms with real treatment options, and you should not have to argue for someone to take them seriously.

Perimenopause
You know something changed, even if you cannot name it. This is also the point where a lot of women get told their labs are fine and sent home. Your provider takes the whole picture seriously, including the parts that do not show up on a panel.

Wellness
Energy, nutrient support, recovery. Tell your provider what you are chasing and they will tell you which of these is worth doing and which is not. IV therapy and NAD+ need an in-person visit.

Labs
Labs without another office visit. Your provider sends the order to a Quest or Labcorp near you, then goes through what came back with you, rather than emailing a PDF and leaving you to interpret it.

Dr. Ashar N.
Dr. Ashar holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice and two national board certifications, one in family practice and one in psychiatric mental health.
She founded Tactus Health to close the gap she watched her own family fall through: symptoms that were real, labs that came back normal, and no one willing to connect the two.
She is responsible for the protocols our medical team follows, and for the training of the clinicians who deliver them. Holding both certifications is why those protocols treat hormones, mood, sleep and metabolism as one system rather than five separate appointments.
Different Health Needs. The Same Standard of Care.
Men and women come to us with different symptoms, goals and health concerns. What should not change is the standard: a thorough evaluation, testing where it settles a question, a plan built for you, and someone following it with you afterwards.
Which Is Right for You?
Both options offer clinical care from the Tactus Health team. The difference is access and treatment type.

What Patients Ask Before a Telehealth Visit
A smartphone, tablet, or computer with a camera and microphone. A reliable internet connection. A quiet, private space for your appointment. We will send you a secure link to join, no app download required.
No. You book first. Your provider orders any labs you need after your consultation, sends the order electronically, and you walk into a nearby Quest or Labcorp when it suits you. There is nothing to arrange in advance.
Your provider sends a lab order electronically after your consultation. You take it to your nearest Quest Diagnostics or Labcorp location, no appointment needed at most sites, just walk in. Results are typically available in 48 to 72 hours and reviewed directly before your prescription is sent. Use our lab finder to locate the closest draw site.
From the time your prescription is sent to the pharmacy, expect 5 to 7 business days for delivery. Most patients complete their consultation and labs within the first week, meaning treatment often begins within 2 weeks of booking their first appointment.
For the services we offer via telehealth (hormone therapy, GLP-1 weight loss, B12), yes. These are prescription-and-monitor protocols, where the clinical decisions rest on your blood work and how you respond over time rather than on a hands-on exam. What matters most is that you have a knowledgeable, attentive provider who reviews your data carefully. Your Tactus Health provider does that whether you are in the room or on a screen.
Tactus Health does not bill insurance. We operate on a transparent direct-pay model, so you know exactly what you are paying. HSA and FSA cards are accepted, though eligibility varies by plan. Many patients find the all-in cost competitive with or lower than their insurance copays plus the time cost of traditional healthcare. Certain items like lab work may be covered if you submit to insurance directly.
Follow-up visits are also done via telehealth. Before each follow-up, you will get repeat labs at a local Quest or Labcorp. Your provider reviews your results before your appointment so the visit is focused on interpreting your data and adjusting your protocol, not repeating intake information. Patients also have secure messaging access between visits for questions.
Yes. Most of our telehealth patients never visit the clinic. Your visit and your prescription are handled remotely, and your draw site is whichever Quest or Labcorp is closest to you. If you are local to Gwinnett County and would rather be seen in person, our Sugar Hill clinic is open for that too.
Real Clinical Care.
No Waiting Room Required.
Bring the symptoms. We will work out the rest. Thirty minutes with a licensed provider, and you leave knowing what is likely driving this and what you want to do about it.
