1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Tactus Health website (tactushealth.com) or any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Medical Disclaimer

The content on this website is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Information provided on tactushealth.com, including articles, service descriptions, and educational content, is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider regarding any medical condition or treatment.

A provider-patient relationship is established only after a formal consultation, review of your health history, and agreement to provide care. Submitting a contact form or reading content on this site does not create a provider-patient relationship.

3. Services

Tactus Health provides medical services in-person at our Sugar Hill, GA clinic and via telehealth in states where we are licensed to practice. Telehealth availability varies by service and by state, and specific state eligibility is confirmed during your consultation. Service availability may change without notice based on licensing status.

All clinical services, including consultations, prescriptions, and treatment plans, are provided by our licensed medical team under the direction of our Medical Director, Dr. Ashar N., DNP, APRN, FNP-C, PMHNP-BC. We reserve the right to decline to provide services to anyone for clinical or administrative reasons.

4. Payment Terms

Tactus Health is a direct-pay practice. We do not bill insurance. Payment is due at the time of service. We accept major credit/debit cards, HSA/FSA cards, and financing through approved third-party providers (CareCredit, Cherry, Afterpay). All fees are disclosed prior to service.

Refund policies vary by service type. Consultation fees are generally non-refundable. Medication refunds are subject to pharmacy policy and applicable law. Contact us directly with billing questions.

5. Prescriptions and Medications

Prescriptions are issued at the sole discretion of our medical team based on clinical evaluation, under protocols set by our Medical Director. We do not guarantee that a prescription will be issued following any consultation. Compounded medications are dispensed by FDA-registered 503A/503B pharmacies. Tactus Health does not manufacture medications.

6. Telehealth Specific Terms

By using our telehealth services, you confirm that you are physically located in a state where Tactus Health is authorized to practice at the time of your visit. Providing false information about your location may constitute fraud and may result in termination of services.

7. SMS / Text Messaging Terms

Program description. With your consent, Tactus Health sends text messages to customers who opt in through our web forms. Messages may include appointment scheduling, confirmations, reminders, care follow-ups, and customer support, and, where you have separately opted in, promotional messages about offers and services. Opt-in is collected via a dedicated SMS consent checkbox on our forms.

Opt-out. You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to the number that sent the message. We will confirm your opt-out by SMS, after which you will receive no further messages unless you opt in again.

Frequency, rates, and carriers. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Our SMS program supports major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and most regional carriers.

Age. You must be 18 years or older to participate in our SMS program.

Privacy. Mobile opt-in information and consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy. We comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CTIA guidelines.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of Tactus Health and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tactus Health and its providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or website. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 90 days preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Gwinnett County, Georgia.
