6. SMS / Text Messaging

Mobile opt-in data is never shared. Tactus Health does not sell, rent, or share customer SMS opt-in information, including mobile phone numbers and consent records, with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties except the SMS aggregators and providers we use solely to deliver the messages you have consented to receive.

You will only receive text messages from us if you have explicitly opted in, for example by checking an SMS consent box on one of our web forms. We maintain timestamped records of all opt-in actions. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

With your consent, we may send:
