Dr. Ashar holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice and two national board certifications, one in family practice and one in psychiatric mental health.
She founded Tactus Health to close the gap she watched her own family fall through: symptoms that were real, labs that came back normal, and no one willing to connect the two.
She is responsible for the protocols our medical team follows, and for the training of the clinicians who deliver them. Holding both certifications is why those protocols treat hormones, mood, sleep and metabolism as one system rather than five separate appointments.

The Deluxe adds a targeted serum booster chosen for your concern and LED light therapy. The Platinum includes everything in the Deluxe plus extended treatment time, double booster application, and full decolletage treatment. The difference is depth of customization and session length, not base quality.
Yes. Dermaplaning is available as an add-on and pairs particularly well with hydra facial. It can be scheduled the same day as Botox (hydra facial first). It is not done the same day as microneedling, VI Peel, or laser treatments. Allow 2-4 weeks between those procedures and your hydra facial.
The Signature hydra facial is generally considered safe during pregnancy as it uses cleansing and hydrating serums without aggressive actives. Inform your aesthetician at booking. The Deluxe and Platinum booster serums require review at your session, as some ingredients are not recommended during pregnancy.
