We offer Botox and Dysport injectables (neurotoxins), dermal fillers, RF microneedling, medical-grade facials, body contouring, and chemical peels. All injectable services are performed by our licensed provider personally — not delegated to aestheticians or nurses. Skin and body services are performed by Cynthia, our licensed aesthetician. Services are available in-person only at our Sugar Hill, GA clinic.

The most significant difference is provider qualification and continuity. Our Medical Director is a dual board-certified DNP (Family Medicine and Psychiatric Mental Health) who performs every injection personally and sees the same patients at every visit. Most med spas use rotating staff, licensed nurses under broad physician supervision, or aestheticians performing injectables. We also treat the whole patient — the same provider managing your weight or hormones understands how your health affects your aesthetic outcomes. That clinical context simply doesn’t exist at a standalone med spa.

Yes — your initial aesthetics consultation is completely free and carries no obligation to book treatment. The consultation is a genuine clinical assessment of your facial anatomy and goals, not a sales appointment. You leave with a clear, honest picture of what’s achievable and what we’d recommend — the decision to proceed is entirely yours.

Yes — this is one of the clinical advantages of Tactus Health as a full-service practice. Patients on GLP-1 weight loss programs often plan aesthetics treatments in coordination with their weight loss trajectory. Hormone-optimized patients often see better skin quality and treatment response. Our medical team manages the full picture.

$9/unit for members, $11/unit standard, with a 20-unit minimum per appointment. Most patients treating 2-3 areas (forehead, frown lines, crow’s feet) spend $180-$360 per session. Yes. We offer both Botox (Allergan/AbbVie) and Dysport (Galderma). Dysport tends to diffuse slightly more widely and can be advantageous for larger areas like crow’s feet. Xeomin is also available for patients who have developed resistance to Botox. Our provider will recommend the right product for your anatomy and history at your consultation.

Cosmetic areas: forehead lines, frown lines (the “11s”), crow’s feet, brow lift, lip flip, bunny lines, chin dimpling, neck bands (platysma), and jaw slimming. Yes. The Tactus Health membership is $45/month on a 6-month commitment and reduces your Botox price from $11/unit to $9/unit (and session minimum from $220 to $180). Members also receive priority booking. Our provider walks through the honest math at your consultation — it makes the most financial sense for patients who come in 3 or more times per year.

RF (radiofrequency) microneedling combines microneedle-based collagen induction with radiofrequency energy delivered at the tip of each needle. It treats skin laxity, fine lines, large pores, acne scarring, and uneven texture. Most patients need 3 sessions spaced 4-6 weeks apart for optimal results. Yes — they are complementary treatments. Botox relaxes muscles to prevent dynamic wrinkles. RF microneedling improves skin quality — tightness, texture, tone, and collagen density. Many of our patients maintain both on a rotating schedule. If you’re planning both, our provider will advise on sequencing to optimize results.

We offer non-invasive body contouring at our Sugar Hill clinic. Ask about current available modalities during your consultation — our offering in this category evolves with technology. Body contouring complements our medical weight loss program for patients looking to address stubborn fat deposits that persist after significant weight loss.

Cynthia offers medical-grade customized facials, chemical peels, and skin analysis services. Treatments are matched to your specific skin type, concerns, and goals. Every injectable treatment is performed by Dr. Ashar N., DNP, APRN, FNP-C — our Medical Director and sole injectable provider. She does not delegate injectables to nurses, aestheticians, or other staff. You see the same provider at every appointment. Her dual board certification in Family Medicine and Psychiatric Mental Health gives her an unusually deep understanding of both the physical and emotional dimensions of aesthetic care.

Cynthia, our licensed aesthetician, performs RF microneedling, facials, chemical peels, and body contouring services. She works closely with our medical team to coordinate care for patients managing multiple aesthetic concerns. For patients on the weight loss program, Cynthia tailors skin treatment timing to complement your weight loss trajectory.

Yes — a complimentary 2-week follow-up is included with every Botox treatment. At full results (day 10-14), our provider assesses the outcome on your specific face. If anything looks uneven or the result doesn’t meet expectations, it’s corrected at no additional charge. This is standard practice at Tactus Health — not something you have to ask for.

HSA and FSA cards are accepted for eligible treatments. Cosmetic Botox is generally not HSA/FSA eligible, but functional Botox (hyperhidrosis, TMJ/bruxism treatment) may qualify depending on your plan. Financing is available through CareCredit, Cherry, and AfterPay. Ask at your consultation and we’ll provide documentation to support your reimbursement request if applicable.
